While we primarily focus on financing businesses with a proven revenue track record, we understand that there may be exceptional cases. Typically, we do not provide funding to pre-revenue businesses beyond a certain threshold, currently set at $15M. This limitation is due to the lack of a market-tested working model. However, we carefully evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as industry potential and expert analysis. Therefore, there may be exceptions where we can provide financing based on our assessment and industry expertise.
No, we do not require any form of physical collateral for our financing solutions. Instead, we may request a personal guarantee from the directors of the business as an assurance. Additionally, we conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our due diligence process to assess the creditworthiness of the individuals involved. It’s important to note that our loans are designed in a way that they do not impact the credit score of the directors or the business.
At 360Via, our capital assets for loans primarily come from private investors, strategic partners, and reputable development banks/credit unions. These entities entrust us with the responsibility of selecting and utilizing capital in the most effective manner. Our sources of capital share a common long-term objective and are aligned with the industries we focus on, allowing us to provide tailored financing solutions that meet the specific needs of businesses in those sectors. We work closely with our partners to ensure a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.
After final approval, funds from 360Via are issued through a seamless process. A portion of our assets is held in digital currency, while the remainder is securely held in a trusted development bank. Businesses have two options for receiving funds: they can opt for digital financing by requesting disbursement to our partner wallet and subsequently withdraw the funds to any bank account of their choice via STP (Straight Through Processing), or they can set up a tier 3 business account with our issuing bank to directly receive the financing. We strive to provide flexible and convenient options that suit the preferences and needs of our valued clients.
