360Via created the Veterans Enterprise Grant Program to provide meaningful growth capital to qualified veteran entrepreneurs building businesses across America.

This is not intended to be a small-business microgrant program. Selected businesses may receive $500,000 to $1 million to execute substantial and clearly defined growth initiatives.

Who Should Apply?

The program is intended for credible U.S. veteran-owned businesses with a clear opportunity to deploy significant growth capital.

Applicants should generally demonstrate:

  1. Qualifying veteran ownership.
    • A legally established U.S. business.
  2. Legitimate commercial operations or a credible business model.
    • A defined use for the requested capital.
    • A realistic growth or expansion strategy.
    • Appropriate corporate and financial documentation.
    • Ability to complete identity, ownership, KYC/AML, and due-diligence verification.
    • A measurable plan for deploying and accounting for grant proceeds.

Preference may be given to businesses where grant funding can produce identifiable economic impact, including job creation, business expansion, increased production, innovation, or community development.

What Can Grant Funding Support?
  • Business Expansion: Open new locations, increase operating capacity, enter new U.S. markets, or expand an existing business model.
  • Equipment & Infrastructure: Purchase equipment, machinery, technology, facilities, or other infrastructure required for growth.
  • Hiring & Job Creation: Recruit employees, expand management teams, provide workforce training, and create new American jobs.
  • Technology & Innovation: Invest in software, automation, digital infrastructure, research, cybersecurity, or other technology initiatives.
  • Marketing & Distribution: Develop new sales channels, expand distribution, strengthen customer acquisition, or enter new markets.
  • Working Capital: Provide operating capital associated with an approved business growth or expansion plan.
  • Other Approved Business Purposes

Additional uses may be considered where they support a legitimate and clearly documented business objective.

Are the grants tax-free?

Not necessarily. Federal, state, and local tax treatment can depend on the recipient and circumstances. Recipients should consult their own qualified tax professional regarding the tax consequences of an award.

Does applying guarantee funding?

 No. An application is a request for consideration and does not constitute approval, an offer, or a commitment by 360Via to provide funding.

How much funding is available?

Individual grant awards are expected to range from $500,000 to $1,000,000, with up to $10 million allocated across the overall program.

What Makes a Strong Application?

A Strong Business: Tell us what your company does, who it serves, and what you have built.

A Clear Opportunity: Explain the growth opportunity currently available to your business.

A Defined Use of Funds: Show exactly how the requested $500,000–$1 million would be deployed.

Measurable American Impact: Demonstrate what the investment could produce—whether that means new jobs, additional locations, increased manufacturing capacity, technology development, higher revenue, or stronger communities.

Ability to Execute: Show that your management team has the experience, resources, and strategy necessary to execute the proposed plan.

Will 360Via take equity in my company?

No, equity participation is required under the standard Veterans Enterprise Grant structure

Can I use the money personally?

No. Grant proceeds must be used for approved business purposes in accordance with the applicable grant agreement.

Will recipients have reporting requirements?

Yes. Recipients may be required to document the use of proceeds and provide progress, expenditure, or impact reports.

Can startups apply?

Applications can be evaluated individually. Given the size of the awards, applicants should be prepared to demonstrate a credible business model, experienced management, defined capital requirements, and the ability to deploy substantial funding responsibly.

Is this a loan?

No. Approved Veterans Enterprise Grants are structured as grants rather than conventional loans.
